Membership Information

Mail completely filled out membership application, waiver, copy of registration and insurance, and check (made out to All County ATV Club), to:

A sticker for each registered ATV and a membership card for each person 16 and over will be mailed to you.  Please provide all documentation. Not providing all documents will delay your membership.

Be sure to provide all information on the forms and write legibly. If you are unable to print any forms, feel free to contact Sharon at 315-382-0223.  She will mail you the forms.  Be sure to leave your name, phone number and address, if you leave a message. Membership applications will be available at club meetings, club rides, and other club events.
